摘 要:目的掌握济宁市传染病疫情报告、审核时效性,提高疫情报告质量。方法利用济宁市2011年网络直报系统的传染病个案库,分析传染病疫情报告和审核时效性,评价疫情报告综合质量。结果 "诊断-生成"总的中位数(P50)为1.42 h,24 h报告及时率为99.93%,"生成-审核"总的中位数(P50)为0.62 h,24 h审核及时率为100%,2011年疫情报告评价综合率为99.69%。不同县(市、区)、不同类型报告单位、不同种类传染病报告时效性和不同县(市、区)疾控机构疫情审核时效性,经秩和检验差异均有统计学意义。结论济宁市传染病报告、审核时效性及疫情报告质量总体处于较高水平,但不同县(市、区)﹑不同类型报告单位﹑不同种类传染病报告时效性存在差异,不同县(市、区)疾控机构疫情审核时效性也存在差异,提示为进一步提高疫情报告的质量,应针对性加强督导和技术培训,规范疫情报告工作流程,及早控制传染病的传播蔓延。Objective To master the report of infectious disease, the verification of its chronergy and to improve the quality of the report of infectious disease. Methods Used the case library of direct network reporting of Jining in 2011, to analyze the report of in- fectious disease and verify its chronergy, and to evaluate the comprehensive quality of the report of infectious disease. Results The overall median (PS0) of "diagnosis-generation" was 1.42 h, timely rate of 24h report was 99.93%. The overall median (P50) of "gen- eration-review" was 0.62 h, timely rate of 24h report was I00%. The comprehensive rate of reporting evaluation was 99.69%. By rank test, there were differences in verification of chronergy on infectious disease among different cities, different report units, and different kinds of infectious disease reports. And there are differences in verification of chronergy of epidemic diseases in different CDC. Conclusion The report of infectious diseases and the verification of its ehronergy are at a higher level. There are differences in verification of ehronergy on infectious disease among different cities, different report units, and different kinds of infectious disease reports. And there are differences in verification of chronergy of epidemic diseases in different CDC. It prompts that to improve the quality of reporting infectious disease, supervision and technical training should be strengthened, and the flow-sheet of the report of infectious disease should be benchmarked, to control the spread of infectious disease at early time.
