失能老年人居家照护者照护负担及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解失能老年人居家照护者的照护负担状况,分析影响照护者负担的因素,为减轻失能老人居家照护者的照护负担提供依据。方法采用多阶段分层抽样方法,对750例失能老年人照护者的照护负担状况进行研究。结果居家非正式照护者的照护负担平均得分21.12±10.32;418人(55.7%)有照护负担;社会支持平均得分37.74±4.36。多元线性回归分析显示:老年人失能程度、失能原因和医保类型以及照护者的年龄、家庭月收入、与被照护老人的关系、照护时间、照护年限和社会支持水平是影响照护者负担的重要因素。结论政府相关部门应了解居家非正式照护者的负担水平及其影响因素,并提供有针对性的措施以减轻其照护负担。Objective To investigate the caregiver burden status and its factors of the informal caregivers at home, provide evidences to reduce informal caregivers＇ burden. Methods The caregiver burden of 750 informal earegivers who cared for the disabled elderly were collected by multi-stage stratified sampling. Results The average score of informal caregivers＇ care burden was 21. 12 ± 10.32; 55.7% of them had burden; The average score of informal caregivers＇ social support was 37.74 ± 4.36. The multiple finer regression analysis indicated that： disability severity, disability reason and medical insurance type, and the age, family＇s monthly income, care time, social support of caregivers and the relationship between earegivers and the elderly were important influence factors of informal caregivers＇ burden. Conclusion Relevant government departments should get to know the informal caregivers＇ burden level and its influencing factors, and some targeted measures should be taken to reduce the caregivem＇ burden.
