7例成人膈肌膨出症的临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨膈肌膨出症的病因、诊断特点以及治疗方法。方法:对7例成人膈肌膨出症的病史、胸片、胃肠道钡餐、胸部和上腹部CT以及膈肌两侧加涤纶条褥式缝合方法进行病因、诊断和治疗进行全面分析。结果:本组7例病例全部治愈出院,短期效果良好。结论:肥胖、长期便秘可能是成人膈肌膨出症重要原因之一,胸片、上消化道钡餐和胸部、上腹部CT对诊断、鉴别诊断有重要价值,切开膈肌两侧加涤纶条褥式缝合方法是治疗膈肌膨出症的一种简洁、有效的方法。Objective：To investigate the etiology,diagnosis,and treatment method of diaphragmatic eventration. Methods：Thoroughly analyze the cause, diagnosis and treatment of the medical history, DR examination, barium meal examination of the upper alimentary tract,chest and spiral CT examination and mattress suture with article polyester on both sides of diaphragm of seven adults who got dia-phragmatic eventration. Results： All of the patients observed had been successfully cured and discharged healthily; meanwhile they a-chieved a nice short-term clinical curative effect. Conclusion ： Obesity or long-term constipation is one of the possible significant reasons of adult diaphragmatic eventration. DR examination,barium meal examination of the upper alimentary tract, chest and spiral CT exami-nation are deeply valuable in diagnosis and differential diagnosis. This kind of operation that we split diaphragm and repair the cleft with continuous mattress suturing technique is a simple and effective method to treat diaphragmatic eventration.
