摘  要:为了获得均匀的温度场、合适的固相分数和理想的固相形貌,对高碳钢棒料进行了重熔加热实验,以便探索出二次感应加热的理想工艺。利用自制的感应加热装置对100Cr6高碳钢进行了不同的感应加热工艺实验。工艺因加热功率和加热时间的调整而不同。观察了不同感应加热工艺下重熔加热100Cr6高碳钢棒料的状态变化。通过加热工艺的调整使坯料中心和表面的温差尽量小,制备出了具有一定液相分数的半固态浆料,获得了理想的高碳钢感应加热工艺。In order to obtain a uniform temperature field, a suitable solid fraction and an ideal solid-phase morphology, remelting experiment of high carbon steel rod was carried out so as to explore the ideal secondary induction heating process. The different induction heating process experiments of 100Cr6 high carbon steel were carried out by using self-made induction heating device.The process is different due to the adjustment of heating power and heating time. State changes during remelting 100Cr6 high carbon steel bar with different induction heating processes were observed. By adjusting heating processes, the temperature difference of the billet center and surface was as small as possible. Semi solid slurry with certain liquid phase fraction was prepared. The ideal high carbon steel induction heating process was obtained.
