摘  要:采用力学性能试验和组织观察的方法,研究了不同成分配比的复合孕育剂Ti、Zr对铸造铝铜合金显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:元素Ti和Zr的复合添加能够明显促进铝铜合金晶粒细化,增加合金的抗拉强度和塑性。当复合添加0.1%Zr+0.5%Ti时,试样组织晶粒细化作用最明显,平均晶粒尺寸仅为28μm,使粗大的等轴枝晶细化为细小的等轴晶;当复合添加0.5%Zr+0.1%Ti时,试样抗拉强度达到了最大值110.38 MPa,断后伸长率达到了5.67%,综合力学性能较好。The mechanical testing and microstructure observation were used to study the effect of components of the ratio of compound inoculants Ti and Zr on the microstructure and mechanical properties of cast aluminum-copper alloy. The results showed that the elements Ti and Zr compound added can significantly promote grain refinement of aluminum-copper alloy. The tensile strength and ductility of the alloy increase. When adding 0.1% Zr+0.5% Ti, the grain of the sample tissue is refined obviously, the average grain size is only 28 p,m, the coarse equiaxed dendrite is refined into fine equiaxed grains; when adding 0.5% Zr+0.1% Ti, the tensile strength of the specimen reach a maximum value of 110.38 MPa, the elongation rate is 5.67%, which has better mechanical properties.
