摘  要:针对压缩机上壳体热轧酸洗板在拉深成形中出现的凸耳不均匀问题,运用正交实验得到了形成凸耳的主次影响因素。并采用塑性成形理论和有限元相结合的反向数值模拟法求出修边线,获得最佳坯料形状。对于由厚度向异性系数引起的凸耳,运用均匀拉丁方方法抽取试验样本点,由样本点及目标值构造响应面模型,根据不同的厚向异性系数能较准确地预测凸耳值。Aimming at the problems of heterogeneous convex ear produced on hot rolled and pickled steel plate for compressor upper shell in drawing forming, the primary and secondary factors affecting the formation of convex ear were obtained by orthogonal experiment. And trimming edge line was solved by using the reverse numerical simulation method combined the theory of the plastic forming and finite element method. The shape of the best blank was gained. For the convex ear defect caused by the anisotropic coefficient in the thickness direction, the test sample was extracted by using symmetrical Latin square method and then the response surface model (RSM) was gotten based on the sample point and the target value, which can accurately predict the convex ear value according to different anisotropic coefficients in the thickness direction.
