摘 要:通过金相观察和硬度测试,研究了42CrMo钢在不同焊接电流下焊接接头的组织、性能变化规律,同时分析了t8/5对焊接接头组织和性能的影响。结果表明:焊接接头中HAZ的硬度最大;t8/5越小,42CrMo钢的Ms点越低,在淬火区较易产生脆硬的马氏体;随着t8/5的增大,可以减少或避免淬火组织的产生,同时有利于氢的逸出,改善钢的性能。By microstructure observation and microhardness test, the microstructure and properties of the welded joint on 42CrMo steel was analyzed at different levels of welding current and the effect of t^5 on the microstructure and properties of welded joint was also studied. The results show that the microhardness of HAZ is much higher than that of welded joint. The lower t^5 corresponds to the lower Ms for 42CrMo steel,which can produce brittle martensite in the quenching zone easily. With t~,5 increasing, it is possible to reduce or avoid the generation of the quenched structure and it is also conducive to the escape of hydrogen, and the improvement of the properties of the steel.
