摘　　要：介绍Sorona玉米纤维的基本性能特点,并采用Sorona纤维与吸湿快干纱在双面圆纬机上开发了一款多功能针织运动面料。详细分析面料的编织工艺、染整工艺及生产技术要点,阐述了原料选择、设备参数、三角排列、穿纱方式、面料参数等编织工艺,以及预定形、精练、染色、还原洗等染色工艺流程,并对各生产环节的注意事项进行分析。该Sorona纤维面料柔软、舒适,且富有弹性,具有优良的吸湿快干功能和防紫外线功能,适合于制作户外、休闲和运动服装。Based on performance characteristics of Sorona^R corn fiber, the paper develops a new kind of muhi-functional knitted fabric for sportswear by using Sorona^R fiber/moisture absorption and fast dry yarn on double-bed circular knitting machine. It also introduces in detail the knitting technology including raw material＇s choice, equipment parameters, cam arrangement, threading ways, fabric specification, and the dyeing and finishing technol-ogy including setting, scouring, dyeing and reduction washing and so on. Furthermore, the precautions in the knit-ting process are presented. It shows that the fabric possesses good soft hand, wearing comfort properties and elas-ticity, as well as excellent moisture absorption and fast dry properties, anti-UV function, which can be used to produce outdoor clothes, casual wear and sportswear.
