摘  要:文中测定了阳离子染料上染腈纶基牛奶蛋白复合纤维的上染速率曲线,且分析了不同温度对半染时间、扩散系数、染色速率常数等染色动力学参数的影响。结果表明,阳离子染料上染腈纶基牛奶蛋白复合纤维的初染率很高,染色120 min时达到上染平衡;阳离子染料上染腈纶基牛奶蛋白复合纤维的半染时间较短且随着温度的升高有下降的趋势,其扩散系数和染色速率常数都随着染色温度的升高而逐渐增大。The dyeing rate curve of acrylonitrile base milk fiber with cationic dyes was tested. The effects of different temperatures on dyeing kinetic parameters such as half-dyeing time, diffusion coefficient and dyeing rate constant were analyzed. The results show that the initial dyeing rate of the acrylonitrile base milk fiber dyed dy cationic dyes is very high. And it reaches dyeing equilibrium after 120 rain dyeing time; The half-dyeing time of acrylonitrile base milk fiber dyed by cationic dyes is short and can be decreased with the increase of temperature. Besides, diffusion coefficient and dyeing rate constant can be gradually increasing with the increase of the dyeing temperature.
