摘  要:目的探讨左心室心肌致密化不全(LVNC)的MRI诊断价值。方法回顾分析5例经临床及影像证实的左心室心肌致密化不全病例,并结合临床资料进行分析,利用MRI的多方位成像观察左心室心肌结构、心室形态、内径及收缩舒张功能。结果心脏MRI显示在5例LVNC患者中舒张期均可见多条粗大的肌小梁和深陷的隐窝,左心室舒张末期致密化不全心肌厚度与致密化心肌厚度比率(NC/C)>2.3,最高3.3,最低2.5,LVNC患者的心尖段及相邻游离壁受累,5例均有不同程度室壁运动减低。结论心脏MRI有益于正确地识别这种罕见的先天性心脏的疾病,并能够提高诊断的准确性。Objective To explore the value of MRI in the diagnosis of left ventricular myocardium noncompaction (LVNC). Methods The data of 5 patients with LVNC confirmed by clinic and imaging were retrospectively analyzed in this work. With the use of multidimensional MRI imaging, the structure, morphology, inner diameter, and systolic/dias tolic function of left ventricle were observed. Results In all 5 patients, cardiac MRI revealed a huge number of myocardial trabeculae and deep intertrabecular recesses in diastolic phase. The ratio of noncompaction versus compaction at left ventricular endsystolic phase was more than 2.3, with the highest of 3.3 and lowest of 2.5. In these 5 patients, the apical segment and the adjacent free wall were involved and various degrees of ventricular wall motion were reduced. Conclusion Cardiac MRI is useful for correctly identifying this rare congenital heart disorder and appears to increase the diagnostic ac curacy.
