摘　　要：肝静脉重建技术已逐渐应用于肝切除中,该技术可能避免单纯肿瘤切除后所引起的残余肝血管栓塞形成及肿瘤对血管侵犯后引起的肿瘤复发。笔者对目前的肝静脉重建技术应用范围、围手术期准备及其优缺点进行综述,以为临床应用参考。The techniques of hepatic vein reconstruction have been performed more and more widely in hepatectomy. 3hese techniques may prevent embolization in remnant liver vessels and recurrence of the vascular invading tumor after simple tumor resection. In this paper, the authors address the application scope, perioperative preparation, and benefits as well as limitations of hepatic vein reconstruction, so as to provide implications for clinical practice.
