摘  要:目的直线偏光近红外线照射星状神经节可抑制交感神经活动、调节植物神经系统,文中观察直线偏光近红外线照射星状神经节治疗催眠药物耐受性失眠的疗效。方法将72例催眠药物耐受型失眠患者分为照射组和对照组各36例,照射组在口服加味血府逐瘀汤及罐灸针的基础上给予直线偏光近红外线照射星状神经节综合治疗;对照组口服加味血府逐瘀汤及罐灸针治疗。治疗结束后评定2组临床疗效和治疗前后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(Pittsburgh sleep quality index,PSQI)、焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)及抑郁焦虑自评量表(self-rating depression scale,SDS)评分。结果照射组与对照组的总有效率分别为94.4%和68.6%,2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。除睡眠障碍外,2组治疗后PSQI各因子、SAS及SDS评分均较治疗前有改善(P<0.05),照射组改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论直线偏光近红外线照射星状神经节联合加味血府逐瘀汤及罐灸针治疗能降低失眠患者对药物耐受性,显著改善失眠患者睡眠质量。Objective Linear polarized infrared (LPI) irradiation of the stellate ganglion can inhibit the activity of the sympa- thetic nerves and regulate the autonomic nervous system. This study aims to observe the therapeutic effect of LPI irradiation of the stellate ganglion on hypnotic drug-tolerance insomnia. Methods Seventy-two patients with hypnotic drug-tolerance insomnia were equally ran- domized to an LPI irradiation group and a control group, the former treated by LPI irradiation of the stellate ganglion in addition to Xuefit Zhuyu Decoction medication and moxibustion acupuncture, while the latter by Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction medication and moxibustion acu- puncture only. At the end of the treatment, the therapeutic effects were evaluated by comparing scores on the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality In- dex (PSQI), Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS) between the two groups before and after treat- ment. Results The total effectiveness rate was significantly higher in the LPI irradiation group than in the control (94.4% vs 68.6%, P 〈 0.05). PSQI, SAS and SDS scores were significantly improved in both groups after treatment as compared with the baseline (P 〈 0.05), even more significantly in the LPI irradiation group than in the control (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion LPI irradiation of the stellate ganglion combined with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction medication and moxibustion acupuncture can significantly reduce hypnotic drug-tolerance and improve sleep quality of insomnia patients.
