碧兰麻用于牙髓治疗的麻醉效果分析

摘　　要：目的牙髓治疗过程有些病例麻醉效果欠佳,文中对碧兰麻在不同牙位的麻醉效果进行了分析。方法选择不同牙位患牙930颗,按牙位分组,采用碧兰麻局部浸润麻醉,记录开髓和拔髓时的麻醉效果,其中190例开髓时麻醉效果Ⅳ级的患牙分为2组,分别改用碧兰麻和利多卡因进行下齿槽神经阻滞麻醉,观察麻醉效果。结果碧兰麻浸润麻醉时,下颌磨牙开髓和拔髓麻醉优良率分别为14.94%和7.93%,与其他牙位比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);开髓时麻醉效果Ⅳ级改为利多卡因或碧兰麻阻滞麻醉后,开髓麻醉优良率提高,分别为81.05%和78.95%,两者间比较,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论碧兰麻在牙髓治疗中,除下颌磨牙外,浸润麻醉均能达到较理想的麻醉效果。Objective The anesthesia effects were poor for endodontic treatment in some cases. The anesthesia effects of pri macaine in different tooth positions were analyzed in this article. Methods Nine hundreds and thirty teeth were divided into different groups according to the tooth position. Infiltration anesthesia with primacaine was used, and anesthesia effects were recorded respective ly when the tooth pulp was opened and was extracted. One hundred and ninty teeth were divided into 2 groups with class IV anesthesia effects. Inferior alveolar nerve block anesthesia was performed with primacaine and lidocaine, and the anesthesia effects were observed. Results The excellent rates of infiltration anesthesia effects of primacaine were 14.93% and 7.92% when the mandibular molar was opened and was extracted, and it has significant difference compared with other groups. The excellent rate of the anesthesia effects in creased after block anesthesia was used in cases with class IV anesthesia effects, while threre is not significantly difference. Conclusion Primacaine infiltration anesthesia can achieve the excellent anesthesia effects in endodontic treatment except mandibular molar.
