摘 要:目的颅底外科手术难度大,临床多种颅底手术入路的应用均需建立在良好的颅底解剖关系的实验研究之上,文中结合CT图像处理和计算机软件编程,通过计算得出颅底骨性结构相关参数,为颅底解剖实验的定量提供一种新方法。方法利用5例成人头颅湿性标本,行薄层头颅CT平扫并建立空间直角坐标系,定位颅底骨性解剖标志点的三维坐标值,通过计算机软件进行编程,计算出颅底骨性结构相关参数,并与直接测量结果进行统计学比较分析。结果通过进行BlandAltman分析,利用软件计算和直接测量2种方法的测量结果具有较好的一致性,在实际操作中可以互相代替使用。结论 CT平扫图像处理可简化实验步骤和成本,并有效保证颅底骨性结构相关参数的准确性。Objective There are lots of difficulties in the operations for skull base. Varieties of clinical approaches were based on the experimental study of anatomical relationships in skull base. Our study provided a new method of quantification of bony structure in the skull base by combining CT scanning and integrating the related parameters with computer software programs. Methods Five spec imens of aduh eadaveric heads were scanned by CT and spatial Cartesian coordinate system was established. The three-dimensional coor dinate values of anatomical landmarks in the skull base were defined and computerized for programming. The related parameters of bony structure in the skull base and direct measurements were compared for statistical analysis. Results By using the Bland-Altman analy sis, the two methods had good agreement and could be used alternatively in practical operation. Conclusion This method is simple, cost-effective and ensure the accuracy of related oarameters of bonv structure in the skull base.
