酚醛尿烷树脂砂在快速砂型铸造中的应用

摘　　要：结合实际生产情况,将酚醛尿烷树脂自硬砂中原砂的几种主要性能对最终造型结果的影响进行了归纳和总结,并通过正交实验验证,得出酚醛尿烷树脂各组分的最小质量分数和各组分之间的最佳配比关系。According to the actual situation, the effects of several major performance of the original sand in phenolic urethane resin self-hardening sand on the final sand mould were generalized and summarized, and were verified by orthogonal experiments. The optimum relationship between the ratio of each component and the smallest mass fraction of each component in the phenolic urethane resin sand was obtained by orthogonal experiments.
