摘　　要：针对球铁的脱硫,设计了一组对比试验,讨论分析了CaC2炉内脱硫和气动通气炉外脱硫的脱硫效果,分析不同含S量对球铁球化率的影响,并针对影响气动脱硫的因素进行分析,以便于更为合理的对球铁中S含量进行控制。Aimed at desulfurization of ductile iron, a set of comparative tests was designed, the desulfurization effects of CaC2 in furnace desulfurization process and pneumatic ventilation furnace desulfurization process were discussed and analyzed, and the effects of different S content on nodularity of ductile iron were analyzed according to the effects factors on pneumatic desulfurization, so as to more reasonably control S content in ductile iron.
