利用Pro/E和智能专家系统的挤压铸造模设计

摘　　要：以一种结构复杂,不易分型和出模的国内某轮毂制造公司新品镁合金轮毂铸件为例,说明了利用Pro/Engineer平台和基于该平台自行开发的压铸模智能专家设计系统,进行挤压铸造模具设计的一般步骤和方法。实践证明,该专家系统能大幅提高复杂模具的设计效率。Taking a new type of hub wheel castings of magnesium alloy with complex structure as an example to illustrate the general steps and methods in the use of Pro/Engineer platform, and based on the platform of self-developed intelligent expert system for squeeze casting mold design. Practice has proved that the expert system can greatly improve the efficiency of complex mold design.
