摘 要:采用熔盐法在不同温度下合成了片状Bi4Ti3O12,利用XRD、SEM等表征了产物的晶体结构和微观形貌,采用亚甲基蓝模拟污染物测定了产物的光催化性能。结果表明,680℃温度处理条件下,Bi4Ti3O12的主晶相开始形成,700~1100℃温度区间内,Bi4Ti3O12晶体结晶完全,为单一的正交相晶体。低温下制备的晶粒小、比表面积大的粉体具有较强的吸附作用,但光催化作用弱。1000℃烧结条件下的Bi4Ti3O12晶体,晶粒发育完整,形貌规则,有利于光催化性能的提高,对于60mg/L的亚甲蓝溶液,3h内在500W氙灯模拟可见光下对亚甲基蓝降解率达到90%。Bismuth titanate platelets were synthesized via molten salt method. The crystal structure and microstructure of the as-synthesized samples were characterized by XRD and SEM. The photocatalytic activities were investigated by the values of absorbency in the degradation of methylene blue pollutants. The results show that the main phase of Bi4Ti3012 begins to appear when the sintering temperature is 680 ℃. The orthorhombic Bi4Ti3012 platelets has good crystallinity when heat treat at 700 ℃ to 1100 ℃. The platelets prepared under low temperature has small size and large specific surface area, which showed strong absorption effects and weak photocatalytic properties to methylene blue. When the temperature is 1000 ℃, the Bi4Ti3 O12 with regular morphology and good crystalline is conductive to the improvement of photoeatalytic activities. The degradation rates of 60 mg/L methylene blue under visible light irradiation reaches 90% within 3 hours.
