摘  要:通过光学显微镜、扫描电镜(SEM)和能谱仪(EDS)等显微组织分析方法研究了45CrNiMoV钢热轧材和正火后的显微组织和元素偏析情况。结果表明:实验钢轧材中Mo元素的偏析程度最为严重;在不同的正火工艺中,采用920℃正火20 h的均匀化工艺,可有效降低Mo元素的偏析程度;分析了两种残余偏析指数模型,第一种残余偏析指数模型与实验结果基本吻合,可以用于预测和评价45CrNiMoV钢正火均匀化工艺。The microstructure and microsegregation of 45CrNiMoV hot-rolled and normalized steel were studied by optical microscope, scanning electron microscopy and EDS. The results show that the severest segregated element is Mo in the tested steel; and 920 ℃ for 20 h is the most appropriate normalizing process for the tested steel as it ensures homogenizing effect; Two residual segregation parameter models were studied and it is proved that homogenization process of 45CrNiMoV normalized steel can be effectively predicted and evaluated by the first residual segregation parameter model, which basically agrees with the experimental results.
