摘 要:目的观察盐酸戊乙奎醚处理创伤失血性休克大鼠后肠道屏障形态学和通透性的变化。方法 24只雄性SD大鼠按随机原则分为假创伤休克(Sham)组、常规复苏(Cont)组和常规复苏联合盐酸戊乙奎醚(Pene)处理组,观察小肠黏膜形态学变化,以判定肠道屏障功能状况。结果 Sham组肠道黏膜层上皮细胞结构完整,肠腔侧微绒毛排列紧密、整齐,固有层有少量淋巴细胞,仅偶见膜通透性增高的"暗细胞";Cont组黏膜上皮细胞可见明显的损伤性改变,表现为水肿、坏死,甚至糜烂、脱落,较多炎症细胞浸润,上皮细胞表面微绒毛脱落、细胞膜破损、胞质基质外溢、线粒体肿胀,"暗细胞"明显增多;Pene组肠黏膜形态学损伤性改变明显减轻,仅见少量"暗细胞"。结论以盐酸戊乙奎醚处理常规复苏的创伤失血性休克大鼠,可明显减轻肠道黏膜的形态学损伤,降低休克复苏后肠道黏膜上皮细胞膜通透性的改变,保护了肠道屏障功能。Objective To investigate protective effects of penehyclidine hydrochloride on intestinal morphology and barrier function after traumatic/hemorrhagic shock and resuscitation in rats . Methods 24 male Sprague Dawley rats were randomly divided into sham group ,and traumatic/hemorrhagic shock treated with (Pene group) or without penehyclidine hydrochloride (Cont group) during resuscitation ,ile-um samples were taken for examination under light microscope ,electron microscope and cellular chemical technique for the morphological alteration and the permeability of epithelial cells . Results T he epithelial cells and mcrovilli in ileum were found normal in rats from sham group . The histological evidence of in-testinal injuries can be detected under electron microscope and cellular chemical technique as well as under light microscope in rats from Cont group . However ,the histological injuries in intestinal mucosa are slighter in rats from Pene group . Conclusion The treatment with penehyclidine hydrochloride for trau-matic/hemorrhagic shock during resuscitation in rats attenuated the morphological injuries in intestinal mu-cosa ,associated with reducing damage to barrier function .
