猪链球菌铁元素吸收及其机理研究进展

摘　　要：铁是生物体生命活动所必需的金属营养元素,几乎所有病原菌感染过程都需要铁,病原菌与宿主之间对铁元素的争夺是感染性疾病发生与发展的核心。干扰和阻断病原菌金属离子吸收转运与调节,有望成为筛选抗菌药物的新靶点,与之相关的一些蛋白被认为是重要的疫苗候选分子。生物信息分析显示猪链球菌2型(Streptococcus suis type 2,SS2)菌株存在4个与铁吸收相关操纵子;链球菌金属离子吸收相关的金属离子绑定蛋白和调节蛋白为猪链球菌重要毒力因子和预防性疫苗候选分子。Iron is essential cation of living organisms. The competition for iron between pathogen and host is considered to be the core of the infectious diseases development. The available iron in the body fluids of host organisms is extremely low. To cope with this scarcity, most bacterial pathogens have evolved many different iron uptake systems. Bioinformatics analysis shows that there are four metal absorption operons in Streptococcus suis. The metal ion binding proteins of metal absorption o- perons and regulators for the metal uptake are virulence factors and preventive vaccine candidates in Streptococcus suis.
