摘　　要：针对现有高速公路施工期环境监测方案存在重污染监测、忽视施工行为对生态环境破坏以及监测频率设置不合理的缺点,结合公路建设呈现出的阶段性特点,以分阶段重点监测和根据施工进程进行动态化变更监测频率相结合原则对施工期环境监测方案进行优化设计,使监测方案更加科学、合理。According to the characteristics of construction process as the focus on heavy pollution monitoring while ignorance of ecological environmental destruction due to the behavior of construction and unreasonable monitoring frequency setting of the existing monitoring programs. To be more scientific and reasonable, optimization design of environmental monitoring program was carried out under the principles of key monitoring by stages and monitoring frequency modification.
