中药离子导入联合阶梯式康复锻炼在全膝关节置换术后应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨中药离子导入联合阶梯式康复锻炼对全膝关节置换(TKA)术后关节功能的影响。方法将120例TKA患者分为康复组和对照组,每组60例,均接受TKA术及常规治疗和护理。康复组患者在行功能锻炼前后分别导入具有止痛和活血化瘀作用的中药,并严格执行制订的阶梯式康复计划,包括深呼吸、肌力、关节活动度、步态平衡功能、本体感觉训练。2组患者治疗前后均行疼痛、肿胀、关节功能和膝关节活动度(ROM)测定。结果 2组患者术后第4天、1周、2周、8周各观察指标比较均有显著性差异。结论 TKA术后患者行中药离子导入联合阶梯式康复锻炼可减轻关节疼痛和肿胀,有效改善膝关节的功能和活动度,对患者整体功能恢复有非常重要的临床意义。Objective It is to explore the effect of ion-introduction of Chinese herbs combined with stepwise rehabilitation exercises influence on joint function improvement after total knee arthroplasty（TKA）. Methods 120 patients undergone TKA were divided into rehabilitation group and control group,each group had 60cases, and both the groups were given normal thera- py and nurse 40 cases are undergoing TKA surgery and general treatment and care. Before and after functional exercises reha- bilitation group were given Chinese medicine which could promoting blood circulation by removing blood stasis and relieving pain by ion-introduction, and their stepwise rehabilitation plans were strictly enforced, including deep breathing, muscle strength, joint range of motion, gait balance and proprioceptive training. Before and after treatment pain, swelling, HSS score measurement and ROM were evaluated in both groups. Results There were significant differences in every indexes in 4days, 1 week, 2 weeks and 8 weeks after operation between the two groups. Conclusion For patients after TKA ion-introduction of Chinese herbs combined with stepwise rehabilitation exercises can relieve joint pain and swelling, effectively improve knee joint function and activity level, so it is very important for overall functional recovery in the patients with clinical significance.
