中西医结合治疗强直性脊柱炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察中西医结合综合疗法治疗强直性脊柱炎(AS)的临床疗效和安全性。方法将确诊为AS早、中期的60例患者随机分为2组,治疗组30例采用中西医结合综合方法治疗,对照组30例采用柳氮磺胺吡啶治疗,观察2组的临床疗效及各项主要相关指标。结果治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为97%和67%,2组比较有显著性差异。2组患者治疗后的主要观察指标均比治疗前有明显改善。治疗组改善情况优于对照组。并且治疗组的不良反应少于对照组。结论中西医结合综合疗法治疗AS安全有效,尤其适用于AS早、中期。Objective It is to observe the clinical effects and safety of comprehensive therapy of combining Chinese medi- cine and western medicine to ankylosing spondylitis （ AS）. Methods 60 patients diagnosed with AS in earlier or middle stage were randomly divided into treatment group including 30 cases treated with comprehensive therapy of combining Chinese medi- cine and western medicine and control group 30 cases treated with Sulfasalazine. The clinical effects and main items in two groups were observed. Results The total efficiency of treatment group and control group were 97% and 67% respectively, the difference was significant between the two groups. The main items after treatment were all improved obviously in both group, and the improvements in treatment group were better and the side effects were less than that in control group, and the treatment group has lesser adverse reaction. Conclusion It is effective and safe to treat for AS with comprehensive therapy of combining Chinese medicine and western medicine, which is particularly applicable to AS in earlier or middh, stage.
