四物汤类方对大鼠子宫血流作用的研究

摘　　要：目的观察四物汤及其加减方对大鼠子宫血流的作用,比较各方的作用效果及起效时间。方法采用激光彩色多普勒血流仪测定四物汤及其加减方水提浸膏和水提醇沉浸膏在150 min内对大鼠子宫血流的影响。结果与给药前相比,给予四物汤、芩连四物汤水提液及桃红四物汤醇沉上清后,子宫血流速度均明显加快。与生理盐水组相比,水提液各组均对大鼠子宫血流变化率有促进作用;醇沉上清液中除桃红四物汤显著增加子宫血流变化率外,其余各组虽然增加子宫血流变化率,但无显著性差异。结论四物汤类方的水提液和醇沉上清液均有促进大鼠子宫血流速度的作用,可以为临床治疗痛经等提供借鉴。Objective It is to observe the effect of Siwu decoction and its serial decoctions on endometrial blood flow in rats, and to compare the effects and onset time of every decoction. Methods The effects of the water extracts and ethanol su- pernatant of Siwu decoction and its serial decoctions on endometrial blood flow within 150min in rats were detected by laser doppler flowmeter. Results Compared with that before treatment, endometrial blood flow increased obviously after treatment with the water extracts of Siwu decoction, Qinlian Siwu decoction and ethanol supernatant of Danggui Shaoyao powder and Tao- hong Siwu decoction. Compared with that of normal saline group, every water extracts of the decoctions could increase the en- dometrial blood flow rate, except for Taohong Siwu decoction whose ethanol supernatant could increase the speed more signifi- cantly, the ethanol supernatant of the other decoction could increase the rat without significant difference. Conclusion Water extracts and ethanol supernatant of Siwu decoction and its serial decoctions all can promote the speed of endometrial blood flow in rats, and this results can provide some evidences for the treatment of dysmenorrhea and so on in clinic.
