乳络通胶囊的镇痛、抗炎及改善微循环作用

摘　　要：目的:观察乳络通胶囊(乳络通)的镇痛、抗炎及改善微循环的作用。方法:采用热板法观察乳络通(0.60g/kg、0.30g/kg、0.15g/kg)的镇痛作用;采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀法(乳络通0.60g/kg、0.30g/kg、0.15g/kg)和大鼠棉球肉芽肿法(乳络通0.60g/kg、0.30g/kg、0.15g/kg)考察乳络通的抗炎作用;通过对肾上腺素致小鼠耳廓微循环障碍模型的影响,考察乳络通对微循环的影响。结果:乳络通能够显著提高小鼠在30min、60min、90min、120min时的痛阈值,能使小鼠发生扭体反应的潜伏期明显延长;乳络通高、中剂量组对小鼠耳廓肿胀有显著地抑制作用及能显著减少大鼠棉球肉芽肿的重量;乳络通能使小鼠在5min、10min、20min时,耳廓微循环细静脉、细动脉管径收缩明显较小,能使小鼠耳廓微循环血流速度减少值显著较小。结论:乳络通有一定的镇痛和抗炎作用,同时可有效改善肾上腺素所致微循环障碍小鼠耳廓微循环。Objective： The effects of abirritation, anti-inflammatory and microcirculation were studied. Methods： Different animal models were established to observe the abirritation, anti-inflammatory , and microcirculation of Ruluotong. The animal models included hot plate, dimethyl benzene-induced acute ear swelling, cotton-ball granulation swelling; ear microcirculation induced by adrenalin （0.60g/kg,0.30g/kg,0.15g/kg）. Results： Ruluotong could remakedly relieve the pain caused by hot plate（ P 〈 0.01 ）, It also showed obvious inhibitory effects on the increased capillary permeability dimethyl benzene-induced ear swelling in mice （ P 〈 0.01 ）, produced obvious anti-inflammatory effects in chronic experimental inflammation（ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ） ,and could significantly improve microcirculation disturbance induced by adrenaline （ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ： Ruluotong had a significant anti-inflammatory effect on acute inflammatory and could effectively inhibit the inflammatory pains, and it significantly improved microcirculation disturbance in mice.
