摘  要:搅拌摩擦焊接技术自发明以来,倍受国内外学术界与工程界的高度关注,历经20余年的发展和应用推广,作为一种先进的绿色焊接制造技术,搅拌摩擦焊已经成功应用于航空航天、舰船、列车、汽车、电力电子等诸多工业领域,取得了显著的社会经济效益。在强烈的市场需求牵引推动下,搅拌摩擦焊技术与装备也不断创新发展,基于常规搅拌摩擦焊原理衍生的新方法、新技术、新装备不断涌现,各具优势,呈现出百花齐放之发展态势。文中重点介绍了搅拌摩擦焊的发展现状及当前发展的主要技术方法,如搅拌摩擦点焊、静轴肩搅拌摩擦焊、双轴肩搅拌摩擦焊、流动摩擦焊接、机器人搅拌摩擦焊,并展望了搅拌摩擦焊技术发展趋势。Since its invention in 1991 by TWI.friction stir welding(FSW) technology has been greatly concerned over the world.After continuous development and application for more than 20 years,FSW has been successfully applied in many industries such as aerospace,shipbuilding,train manufacturing,automobile and power electronics with remarkable social and economic benefits.Increasing development of FSW technology and equipment have been promoted by the increasing market demand.The state of the art of FSW technology development,such as friction stir spot welding,stationary shoulder FSW,bobbin tool FSW,robotic FSW and so on were introduced and the trends of FSW development was prospected in this paper.
