摘 要:通过对铝挤压型材焊接前母材表面晶粒度大小及MIG焊后焊接接头的组织性能分析,研究了A6N01S-T5铝合金挤压型材表面晶粒度对焊接液化裂纹敏感性的影响。分析结果表明:在控制焊焊接热输入的条件下,铝合金挤压型材表面晶粒的严重粗化是形成焊接液化裂纹的重要原因,控制铝合金挤压型材表面晶粒粗化是保证焊接接头性能的重要措施。The effects of the surface coarse grain size of A6N01S-T5 aluminum alloy extruded section on the sensibility of MIG welding liquation crack were investigated by surface grain size analysis of the base metal,microstructure analysis and mechanical properties test of the welded joint.The results showed that the main cause of welding solidification cracking was surface coarse grain on aluminum alloy extruded section under the condition that the heat input was controlled.Surface grain size refinement was the significant measure to ensure weld joint property.
