摘 要:为了研制稳定、高性能智能化的超声波电发生器,设计了一种基于PWM移相串联谐振式大功率超声波电源。系统控制超声换能器工作在并联谐振点,通过串联电感的方式实现振动系统的电端匹配,提高电源的效率;采用UC3875产生移相控制波形改变全桥逆变器的导通角,调节输出功率,以实现对电源的功率控制;采用硬件锁相环电路CD4046,完成了对系统的频率跟踪。试验结果表明,该控制方法电源稳定性高,动态响应速度快,频率跟踪精度达到85.7%。A phase-shift serial-resonant ultrasonic power source with high power supply was designed based on pulse width modulation to develop the stable ultrasonic power source with good performance and high intelligence.The efficiency of the power supply was improved by controlling the operating parameter at the parallel resonant of ultrasonic transducer and realize the good match of the vibration system with series inductance.UC3875 was used to produce the phase-shift in order to control the waveform so that the conduction angle of the full-bridge inverter could be changed and the output power was adjustable.In this way,the output power can be controlled.The hardware phase-lock loop CD4046was used to complete tracking the system frequency.The result shows that the power source with such control method was characterized by excellent stability and stable and a quick dynamic response speed.In addition,the frequency tracking accuracy can reach 85.7%.
