摘　　要：针对一起10kV出线C相发生非金属接地短路产生弧光接地过电压的事故,分析事故原因,并提出防范措施。According to over voltage accident of arc grounding caused by grounding short circuit of C-phase of 10kV out- let, the cause is analyzed and the preventive measures are proposed.
