浅析CLT酸废水预处理

摘　　要：CLT酸废水是一种典型的难降解工业废水，目前尚无十分有效的工艺对CLT酸废水进行处理。传统的一级、二级污水处理工艺无法满足对CLT酸废水中污染物去除的要求。本文以某生产CLT酸的工厂所提供的生产废水作为研究对象，采用铁碳填料加臭氧曝气、特殊填料加双氧水、络合萃取法三种方法对其进行预处理试验研究。通过三种方法对于CLT酸废水进行预处理的试验结果比较，络合萃取法可有效降CLT酸废水的COD，预处理出水适合进行后续生化处理。the CLT acid wastewater is a kind of typical refi＇actory industrial wastewater, the process is not very efficient for CLT acid wastewater. The traditional level, two level of wastewater treatment process for removal of pollutants can not meet the requirements of CLT acid wastewater. This paper takes a CLT acid producing factories providing producition wastewater as the research object, three kinds of methods using Iron carbon filler plus ozone aeration, special packing and hydrogen peroxide, complexation extraction method of pretreatment on the. The three methods for CLT acid wastewater pretreatment results, complexation extraction method can effectively reduce the CLT acid wastewater by COD, the pretreated water suitable for subsequent biochemical treatment.
