摘 要:本文在神经经济学文献基础上,围绕自动系统与受控认知系统,构建一个行为决策与反应框架。启动自动系统和受控认知系统耗费的脑能量不同,相应的神经机制效率也不同,继而有限大脑能量配置影响神经认知的效能。自动系统直接做出正面情感反应和行为决策,是一个在脑能量耗费上更经济的决策机制,而经过受控认知系统的行为决策与反应程序将耗费较多脑能量。针对人类大脑的这些特点和他心阅读等神经生理基础,提出以互惠合作为核心的新型企业劳动管理理论以实现员工的信息、分析与计算能力互补和有限大脑能量有效配置,这不同于新制度经济学以产权与契约为核心的企业劳动管理理论。Based on a neuro-economics literature review, this paper focuses on the automatic system and con- trolled cognitive system, and builds a behavioral framework of decision and response. With limited brain energy, the processings of automatic system and controlled cognitive system differ in the brain energy they consume and thus differ in energy efficiency, automatic system directly makes emotional response and behavior decision, and thus is a more efficient decision mechanism while the controlled cognitive system consumes more brain energy in behavior de- cision and response. In light of these characteristics and also the mentalizing module of mind, a new theory of recip- rocal-cooperation-centered firm labor management, which is different from the neo-intitutional economic theory based on property right and contract, is proposed to realize the complementary application of employees' informa- tion, analysis and computing abilities and the efficient distribution of their limited brain energy.
