“美丽中国”的生态伦理支点——从佩珀的红绿联盟理论看“美丽中国”建设的生态伦理基础

摘　　要："美丽中国"是生态文明建设的目标和具象化表达,它的建构是一场涉及价值思维方式、社会生产方式和具体生活方式的巨大变革,这就需要一个恰当的道德依据,也即以生态伦理基础作为支撑。目前我国的生态伦理学以引进、移植西方绿色生态理论为主,缺乏自身的价值立场,因此摆脱西方生态伦理思想的束缚、建构一种马克思主义理论谱系中的生态伦理,是"美丽中国"能否实现的哲学依据和迫切需求。佩珀的红绿联盟理论立足于生态马克思主义的视阈,从制度公正、新型"人类中心"价值观以及经济可持续发展三个维度为建成"美丽中国"的生态伦理提供了重要启示。A beautiful China is the constructive objective and specific expression of ecological civilization, which refers to the immense innovation of value mode, social producer pattern and common life style and thus re- quires a suitable moral foundation to support the ecological ethics. Currently, the domestic ecological ethics mainly are developed by introducing and transforming the green ecological theory of western world, and are lack of their own standpoint. So, the philosophical premise to realize the beautiful china is to eliminate the western idea of eco- logical ethics and build a ecological ethics based on the Marxism. Fortunately, Pepper＇s theory of red-green alli- ances is developed from the ecological Marxism and can offer a critical ethical inspire from the social justice, new social anthropocentrism and continual development of economics.
