摘　　要：目的观察医用透明质酸钠(HA)在人工流产术后预防远期并发症效果。方法对临床1000例人工流产手术患者进行分组观察,对照组采用常规人工流产手术方案,观察组在对照组基础上使用HA,观察两组患者术后宫腔粘连情况及远期相关并发症。结果观察组术后粘连率为0.75%,明显低于对照组的1.5%(P<0.05)。此外,观察组术后月经复潮以及月经量、宫腔积血、周期性腹痛等均较对照组为优(P<0.05)。结论 HA能够有效预防人工流产患者术后出现宫颈粘连,且能够较低各类术后并发症。【Objective】To observe the effects of medical sodium hyaluronate（HA） to prevent long-term compli- cations after artificial abortion. 【Methods】 1 000 clinical patients with artificial abortion were divided for two groups. One was control group, in which patients were treated with the conventional operation. While the other was study group, in which the patients were treated with HA based on the control one. And Compare the intrauterine ad- hesions and long-term complications of the two groups after operation. 【Results】The adhesion rate of study group was 0.75%, significantly lower than the control group of 1.5%（P 0.05）. Moreover, the menstruation, menstrual blood volume, uterine bleeding and periodic abdominal pain of study group were all better than control group（P 0.05）. 【Conclusions】HA can effectively prevent patients with artificial abortion from cervical adhesion, and reduce the rate of postoperative complications.
