中国城乡收入两极分化对经济发展的影响效应分析

摘　　要：本研究以省级区域为基本分析单元,采用ER指数度量中国城乡收入两极分化,在对省级区域极化程度聚类分析的基础上,将各省级区域划分为三类区域;然后对全国及不同类型区域分别构建省级区域面板协整模型,考察城乡收入两极分化对经济发展的影响效应;协整关系检验表明全国及各类区域均支持长期协整关系的存在。面板协整模型估计结果表明:对全国而言,发现城乡收入两极分化对经济发展存在负面的影响效应,即极化程度越明显,对经济发展的负面影响越大;对于不同类型区域而言,发现我国城乡收入两极分化与经济发展水平之间已经形成了各聚类间的异质(省级)长期稳定关系,且经济发展水平越高的区域,两极分化对其经济发展的负面效应越大。With the use of ER index of provincial level, we measure the degree of urban - rural income polari- zation in China. Based on the cluster analysis of the income polarization of provincial level, all the provinces are di- vided into three regions. Then we build a panel co - integration model at the provincial level for national and differ- ent regional areas, to examine the impact on economic development by urban -rural income polarization in China. The co - integrating tests support the existence of co - integrating relationship at the national and the all kinds of re- gional levels. The results of panel co - integration model estimation indicate that the ER index negatively associate with the GDP per capita at the national level, which means that the degree of polarization becomes more obvious and the negative effect on the economic development is more influent. And the investigation of different regions reveals that there is a heterogeneous cluster （provincial） long term stable relationship between urban -rural income polari- zation and economic development, and that the level of economic development of the region is higher, and the nega- tive effect on economic development by polarization is more influent.
