摘  要:目的对某进口品牌瓶装天然矿泉水进行常规微生物指标检测。方法常规微生物指标检测按照GB/T 8538—2008《饮用天然矿泉水检验方法》进行,对筛选出的未知可疑菌落用VITEK 2全自动微生物鉴定仪进行鉴定。结果依据GB/T 8538—2008,该瓶装矿泉水为合格产品,但在检测过程中发现一株嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌(Stenotrophomonas maltophilia),其菌落计数结果为53 cfu/250 ml。结论建议恢复"菌落总数"指标作为饮用天然矿泉水微生物检验的基础步骤,可对天然矿泉水中细菌种类进行较全面的评估,以期提高天然矿泉水的饮用安全性。Objective To evaluate the safety of microbiological indicators of bottled natural mineral water. Methods The microbiological indicators were detected according to GB/T 8538-2008.The selected unknown suspected colonies were performed by VITEK 2 automated identification. Results The examined bottled natural mineral water was qualified according to GB/T 8538-2008,but one strain of Stenotrophomonas maltophilia was detected, the result of colonies count was 53 cfu/250 ml during the experiment. Conclusion The indicator of "standard plate-count bacteria"should be recovered as the basic step of experiment to estimate the species of bacteria in bottled natural mineral water and to promote the safety of drinking.
