摘  要:实现对呼出气中空气微生物的采集,对于呼吸系统疾病(特别是呼吸系统传染病)的快速筛查和诊断及致病性微生物环境暴露的检测具有重要意义。与咽拭子法相比,呼出气微生物采集法简便、易行、无创,且能满足大规模筛查易感人群或疑似病例的需要(如高致病性和高传染性流感病毒携带着的筛查),且能够提高主动防控呼吸系统传染病疫情的能力,减少医护人员的被动感染,并且可有效降低病原体扩散的风险。该文综述了国内外针对人群呼出气微生物采集方面的技术研究进展,并指出将其广泛应用到实际取样中必须考虑和解决的问题。It is a crucial way for respiratory diseases screening to achieve the successful specimen collection of exhaled airborne microorganisms, especially for capturing the infeetious pathogenic microorganisms. Compared with the throat swab method to get respiratory" sample, the method of obtaining exhaled breath condensate by collecting exhaled airborne microorganisms from human specimen is simple, non-invasive to implement, which has great demand for large-scale screening of susceptible populations (especially for those who are carrying highly contagious influenza virus). Viewed by the preventive medicine and environmental health exposure risk, this concept may improve the ability of active defense of respiratory infection outbreaks and effectively reduce the risk of infection. The research progress of human exhaled breadth sampling was summarized in the paper. A number of scientific issues towards this newly developed method were proposed.
