摘 要:在声磁耦合场下,采用熔体直接反应法制备了纳米TiB2/7055复合材料,并对比无外场、单一磁场和单一超声场原位制备复合材料的微观形貌进行研究。结果表明:声磁耦合场下所制得的TiB2颗粒细小,尺寸为80~100 nm,圆球状,分布均匀,TiB2反应收得率高。当超声功率为0.8 kW,磁场频率5 Hz,励磁电流200 A时,约82.4%的TiB2增强颗粒处于0.2~0.5μm之间,处于0.8~1.2μm之间的颗粒减少至约1.6%,相比单一超声场0.8The TiB2/7055Al Nano-composites were fabricated under the ultrasonic and magnetic coupled field. The results show that TiB2 particles in the coupled field have a small size, with 80-100 nm, a ball shape, a uniform distribution and a reaction to generate TiB2 particles with high efficiency. When the ultrasonic power is 0.8 kW and exciting current of magnetic field is 200 A, frequency is 5 Hz, approximately 82.4% of TiB2 reinforcement particles sizes are in range of 0.2-0.5 μm, the number of particles whose sizes are in the range of 0.8-1.2 μm reduce to about 1.6%, therefore, the thinning effect is nearly twice as much as generated in a single ultrasonic field of 0.8 kW.
