摘  要:以铝熔体为载体,采用混合盐反应法生成形状规则、尺寸细小的TiB2颗粒,再传递到ZA27合金中,获得TiB2/ZA27复合材料。通过金相显微镜、XRD、SEM、EDS和摩擦磨损试验等分析方法测试了复合材料的微观组织和耐摩擦磨损性能。结果显示,TiB2颗粒在TiB2/ZA27复合材料中分布均匀,平均直径小于3μm。TiB2颗粒的加入对基体组织有显著的细化效果,并随着TiB2颗粒含量的增加,复合材料的耐摩擦磨损性能相比于基体材料有明显提高。In-situ TiB2/ZA27 composites were produced in two steps. Firstly, the reaction of creating TiB2 was processed in melted AI Secondly, as a master alloy, TiB2/AI material was used to fabricate TiB2/ZA27 composites. It is found that the sizes of the TiB2 particles are small and their shapes are equiaxed. The microstructure and wear resistance of the composite materials were tested by means of metallurgical microscope, XRD, SEM, EDS and friction-wear test. The test results show that the TiB2 particles are distributed in ZA27 matrix uniformly and their average diameter is less than 3 μm. TiB2 particles have a significant refining effect on the matrix, whilst the friction-wear resistance of the composites are enhanced obviously with the increase of TiB2 particles
