摘　　要：利用SWOT分析法对我国重载铁路运输的内部优势与弱势、外部机会与威胁进行了分析比较,并在此基础上用SWOT的分析特点相互匹配得出了加快建设重载运输网络线、发展重载物流、依靠科技加强规划管理、发展多式联运以及调整运输产品结构等重载运输的发展战略。The SWOT analysis method is used to make analysis and comparison between the inside advantage and weakness,the outside chance and threatening for the heavy haul railway transport in China, and on this basis,with the application of the analytical features of SWOT and mutual matching,the development strategies of heavy haul,such as speeding up the construction of heavy haul transport network, developing heavy haul logistics,strengthening planning and administration with science and technology, developing multi-mode transport and adjusting the transport product structure,are obtained.
