摘　　要：培养"实战型"警务人员,构建"实战型"人才培养模式是新时期我国公安本科院校教育教学改革的一项重要内容,也是实施"人才强校"战略的重要举措。鉴于此,本文以辽宁警官高等专科学校为例,针对提出的公安本科院校"实战型"人才培养模式的实施效果评价指标,应用MUSA数学模型对相关数据进行分析,并在此基础上提出改进意见。Training ＂combat＂ police officers and building ＂com- bat＂ mode of talent training are important contents of teaching reform in undergraduate police college education of our country in the new period. And it is an important measure for the imple- mentation of the strategy of ＂strengthening the college by tal- ents＂. In view of this, taking Liaoning Police Academy as an ex- ample, in accordance with the indexes proposed for the effect e- valuation on the ＂combat＂ mode of talent training in undergrad- uate police colleges, the MUSA mathematical model was ap- plied in the analysis of relevant statistics, and some suggestions for improvement were put forward combining with the specific empirical analysis.
