合理运用本科教学基层督导工作体系的探讨

摘　　要：本科教学工作是高等教育单位的中心工作,本科教学基层督导工作体系的合理应用,充分发挥本科教学基层督导工作体系的功能,都是推动本科教学改革与发展的重要措施。认识和理解本科教学基层督导工作体系的职能研究是目前本科教学持续发展对基层督导提出的新要求,值得探讨。Undergraduate teaching is the core work of higher education units, so the rational use of grass-roots supervision work of undergraduate teaching giving full play to the functions of this system are important measures of promoting the reform and development of undergraduate teaching. To recognize and understand the functions of grass-roots supervision work of un- dergraduate teaching is a requirement of the sustainable devel- opment of the present undergraduate teaching, and it is worthy of exploration.
