摘 要:以氧化钇、氧化铝为主要原料,采用固相法合成,并在所合成的YAlO3主要晶相中掺入铬离子形成红色色料。XRD表明,当同时加入硼酸、氧化钙、氟化钠三种矿化剂时,得到粉体的XRD的衍射峰与标准的YAlO3特征峰一致。SEM图表明,所形成的颗粒呈现出立方形态。通过两种测试技术的分析可知,固相法可以制备出立方相的YAlO3晶相陶瓷色料。YAIO3 powder was prepared by solid phase synthesis, using yttria and alumina as main raw materials, and then the red pigment was obtained by doping the as-prepared powder with chromium ions. XRD analysis shows that when three mineralizers - boric acid, calcium oxide and sodium fluoride - are added, the diffraction peaks of the powder are in good agreement with the standard spectrum. SEM characterization shows that the particles formed exhibit a cubic structure. The test results of these two methods indicate the ceramic pigment with cubic-structured YAIO3as the main crystal phase can be synthesized by solid phase method.
