摘　　要：在电网项目中,设备和物资的管理是按照不同的路径分为不同的职能部门进行管理的。这种分离式的管理造成电网企业在资产管理过程中信息中断,后期的设备和资产管理的关联和互动分离。描述了方案在设备(资产)产生的过程中,通过设备物料清单的方式关联设备同物资的关系,为建立电网企业资产管理中各个关联对象间的互动关系提供基础。In power grid project, equipments and materials are managed separately in the different ways and by the different functional departments. This separated management results in the information interruption in the process of asset management, and the separation of linkage and interaction in the late equipment and asset management. This paper describes the solution correlating equipments with materials in the occurring process of equipment （assets）. This method can provide the basis for building up the interaction between asset management objects in power grid en- terprises.
