摘 要:以同系正常油菜为对照,用LI-6400光合仪、LI-3000A叶面积仪、SPAD502叶绿素测定仪等研究3个在生产上大面积应用的甘蓝型油菜化学诱导型雄性不育系(CIMS)光合特性的变化规律。结果表明,3个CIMS的叶片叶绿素含量、光合面积在2010-03-24-04-22期间分别比对照低4.74%、3.88%,在2010-04-27-05-16则比对照高53.64%、4.53%;CIMS净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、胞间CO2浓度(Ci)、蒸腾速率(Tr)于2010-03-26-04-09分别比对照低6.58%、7.96%、4.75%、7.17%;CIMS的光合物质净合成量、群体光合速率在2010-03-27-05-07分别比对照低1.17%、1.91%。在整个生长期内,3个CIMS的叶片叶绿素含量、光合面积、气体交换参数、群体光合物质净合成量、群体光合速率变化规律与其对照基本相似。化学杂交剂对油菜CIMS的光合特性有暂时的影响,但没有改变其基本变化规律。In contrast with homologous normal rape, three chemical induction male sterile (CIMS) lines of Brassica nalus were determined in order to study the variation of photosynthetic characteris tics and the difference between the CIMS lines and their controls by using measurement instruments such as photosynthetic measurement, LI3000A leaf area meter, SPAD502 chlorophyll meter. The results showed.the CIMS lines and their controls had the same variation rules on the chlorophyll content, the photosynthetic area, the photosynthetic parameters of gas exchange, the dry biomass of total plant and population photosynthetic rate. The chlorophyll content and photosynthetic area of the CIMS lines were lower than control respectively by 4.74% and 3.88G averagely from March 24th to April 22nd but higher than the control by 53.64G and 4.53G from April 27th to May 16th tively ; the net photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance, transpiration rate and intercellular centration of the CIMS lines were lower than the control by 6.58G, 7.96%, 4. 750%and 7.1 respec con from March 26th to April 9th, respectively;the dry biomass of total plant and population photosynthetic rate of the CIMS lines were lower than the control by 1. 17G and 1.91G from March 27th to May7th, respectively. The photosynthetic characteristics of CIMS were significantly affected by chemical hybridization agents, but basic change rule of photosynthetic characteristics was not changed.
