摘  要:以转双价基因(Chi+Glu)棉花株系61217-1为对象,以其受体品种"中棉所24"和转Bt棉花品种"鲁棉研28"为对照,研究转双价基因对棉花主要病虫害及天敌发生的影响。结果表明,转基因株系61217-1的抗黄萎病性较受体品种显著提高,同时对苗病、早衰和铃病具有显著的控制作用,对叶斑病发生具有显著促进作用,对角斑病无显著影响;与受体品种相比,转基因株系61217-1上蚜虫、棉铃虫和棉盲蝽发生危害显著减轻,对红蜘蛛、白粉虱、蓟马及天敌瓢虫、草蛉、小花蝽、蜘蛛均无显著影响。Choosing the transgenie cotton line 61217-1 (Chi+Glu) as the experiment object, and its receptor CCRI24, Bt transgenic cotton Lumianyan28 as controls, effects of transgenic event of Chi+ Glu on cotton main diseases, insect pest and natural enemy of insects were studied. The results showed that: (1)Transgenic line 61217-1 exhibited high resistant level to Verticillium wilt disease. It was enhanced cotton resistance significantly to seedling diseases, premature senility and boll rot, but promoted occurrence of leaf spot disease significantly and no significantly effect on angular leaf spot. (2)Compared with the receptor variety CCRI24, the damage of aphid, cotton bollworm, and cotton lygus on transgenic cotton line 61217-1 was alleviated significantly. However, the effects on red spi- der, whitefly, thrips ladybug, lacewing, minute pirate bug and spider were no significant differences.
