摘  要:以新疆野扁桃和4个栽培扁桃为材料,采用石蜡切片法对不同低温胁迫下扁桃的雌、雄蕊原基解剖结构进行观察。结果表明,野扁桃的胚珠和花药原基在厚度、细胞大小、细胞间隙上极显著小于栽培扁桃。扁桃花药和胚珠原基的细胞大小顺序为纸皮>双软>Thompson>Nonpareil>野扁桃。随着温度的降低,扁桃种与品种间胚珠和花药原基的细胞越来越大,细胞间排列越来越疏松,细胞间隙越来越大,细胞受寒害影响加重,抗寒性逐渐降低,相同温度下野扁桃的抗寒性明显强于栽培品种Nonpareil、Thompson、纸皮和双软。This paper took A. ledebouriana Schleche and four varieties of A. cornmunis L. cv. in Xin jiang as the material, and using the paraffin sectioning method to take the observation to anatomical structure on stamen and pistil primordium of the A. ledebouriana Schleche and A. cornmunis L. cv. The results showed that Arnygdalus ledebouriana Schleehe's ovule and anther primordium were ex tremely significant less than the different cultivation almond varieties in thickness, cell size and inter cellular space. The cell size of almond was ordered as Zhipi〉Shuangruan〉Thompson〉Nonpareil〉 Amygdalus ledebouriana Schleche. With the temperature reduced, the cells of the ovule and anther primordium of all varieties became bigger and loose arranged, and the intercellular space increased, which indicated that the cells suffered severe chilling injury and cold resistance gradually reduced. The cold resistance of A. ledebouriana Schleche was significantly stronger than that of Nonpareil, Thomp son, Zhipi and Shuangruan.
