摘 要:通过研究土壤水分含量对三七[Panax notoginseng(Burk)F.H.Chen]叶片生长与生理的影响,探讨三七叶片对土壤水分含量的响应特点。以3a生三七植株为材料,在人工控制土壤水分的盆栽条件下,研究在土壤含水量为田间持水量的0.45倍(0.45FC)、田间持水量的0.60倍(0.60FC)、田间持水量的0.70倍(0.70FC)和田间持水量的0.85倍(0.85FC)土壤上的三七的叶片生长和生理指标的差异。结果表明:0.60FC和0.70FC处理的三七叶片生长量、含水量、叶绿素含量和还原型谷胱甘肽含量显著高于0.45FC和0.85FC处理;丙二醛含量在4种土壤水分条件下差异不显著;在0.60FC和0.70FC处理下SOD活性、CAT活性、APX活性、脯氨酸含量、可溶性蛋白含量和可溶性总糖含量显著低于0.45FC和0.85FC处理。说明土壤水分含量过高或过低都不利于三七叶片的生长,并影响干物质的积累量,三七叶片能够通过调节保护酶活性与渗透调节物质含量适应土壤水分含量的变化。The response of Panax notoginseng to soil moisture content was investigated through stud ying the growth and physiological effects of its leaves to soil moisture content. Taking threeyear old P. notoginseng seedlings as test materials, we studied the growth and physiological differences of its leaves in potting soil under different moisture contents, namely 0. 45FC, 0. 60FC, 0. 70FC and 0.85FC. The results showed that foliar growth, moisture content, chlorophyll content and GSH con tent of P. notoginseng leaves growing in 0.60FC and 0.70FC were significantly higher than that of 0.45FC and 0.85FC. Under different treatments, the content of malondialdehyde showed no signifi cant difference. P. notoginseng growing in 0.45FC and 0.85FC owned the significantly higher SOD activity, CAT activity, APX activity, proline content, soluble protein content and soluble sugar content in their leaves than that growing in 0. 60FC and 0.70FC. In this study we determined that too high or too low soil moisture content go against to the growth of P. notoginseng and affect the the dry matter accumulation The leaf of P. notoginseng can adapt to the change of soil moisture content through changing the enzyme activity and content of osmoregulation substance.
