摘  要:以XRF、SEM、XRD分析为基础,详细阐述流化床燃煤固硫灰渣的特性;并以经不同方式预处理的固硫灰渣为原料,采用水热法制备硫酸钙晶须,通过SEM、XRD测试探讨了不同预处理方式对产物形貌和物相的影响。结果表明,固硫灰渣是一种表面疏松多孔的不规则颗粒物,其主要成分为SiO2、CaO、SO3等,主要物相为α-SiO2、CaSO4、Fe2O3;在不同预处理方式中,硫酸酸洗预处理方式最佳,经该方式预处理的固硫灰渣水热实验产物中含有大量的二水硫酸钙晶须,长径比约为30。The characteristics of the solid residue from coal combustion in circulating fluidized bed combustion boilers (CFBC ash and slag) were tested by XRF, SEM, XRD, and described in detail. CFI3C ash and slag was pre- treated through different methods. Hydrothermal experiments using different pretreated samples were carried out in order to investigate the influence of different pretreatment methods on the product's morphology and composition. The results show that CFBC ash and slag is a kind of residue with irregular particle shape and unconsolidated porous sur- face, its main components are SiO2, CaO, SO3, etc. , and primary phases are a-SiO2, CaSO4, Fe203. The sample pretreated through sulfuric acid pickling generates large amount of calcium sulfate dihydrate whiskers after hydrother- real process, and the aspect ratio of the whiskers is about 30.
