摘 要:为了使骨引导再生膜同时具有阻隔、药物缓释及诱导骨生长功能,采用静电纺丝法制备了多层复合骨引导再生微纳米纤维膜,依次为上层载药胶原微纳米纤维膜、中层PCL微纳米纤维膜和下层胶原/PCL/nHA复合微纳米纤维膜,并对各层膜的微观形貌、相组成、释药性能、疏水特性和体外降解性能进行了研究。结果表明:通过静电纺丝可以获得具有多层结构的复合骨引导再生微纳米纤维膜,其中上层膜中药物分布均匀,胶原质量分数为5%时的释药时间为1900min;中层膜的孔尺寸在200-300nm且具有较好的疏水性,能够阻止上下两层膜间的成分扩散;胶原/PG。质量比为1:1、nHA的含量为30%的下层膜成分均匀,降解速率适中并具有较好的矿化作用。Multi-layer composite guided bone regeneration micro-nano fibers membranes were fabricated by electrospinning to improve their properties, which have drug-loaded collagen micro-nano fibers membrane (upper la- yer), PCL micro-nano fibers membrane (middle layer) and collagen/PCL/nHA composite micro-nano fibers mem- brane (under layer) and were used as a barrier, drug delivery and induction of bone growth. The morphologies, phase composition, drug release behavior, hydrophobic properties and in vitro degradation of miero-nano fibers membranes were investigated. The results show that, guided bone regeneration micro-nano fibers membrane with multi-layer structure was obtained via electrospinning. Amoxicillin is well distributed in upper layer, and the drug release time was 1900 min when the collagen mass fraction was 5~//oo. The middle layer's pores were 200--300 nm with hydrophobic property, which can prevent the components diffusion between the upper and under layers. Composite of under layer was uniform when the mass ratio of collagen and PCL was 1 : 1,nHA content was 30%. Under layer's degradation rate is moderate with mineralization.
